Brixx Development Update: 24th April, 2024
The large Brixx update performed on April 15th has, for some customers, caused apparent data loss in their asset components.
A fix for the issue was done, but if you notice that your asset components have lost data, you’ll need to use the Version History function within your Brixx plan to restore to a version before April 15th.
Step by step to resolve
1. Check your asset component
2. Use the Version History to view the version before April 15th
3. Copy the data from there to your current version of the plan or simply restore to that point in the plan
